Er:Yb:YAB Laser Crystal 
Er: Yb: yal3 (BO3) 4 (ER: Yb: YAB) crystal is considered as an excellent 1.55 crystal because of its high thermal conductivity, high Yb3 + / Er3 + energy transfer efficiency and low up conversion loss μ M laser materials. Compared with Er3 + / Yb3 + Co doped phosphate glass, 1.53 μ M continuous wave (CW) laser with higher maximum output power and higher slope efficiency is realized in Er: Yb: yal3 (BO3) 4 crystal. Due to its strong smoke penetration ability, good atmospheric transparency and high sensitivity to room temperature Ge and InGaAs photodiodes, the safety of human eyes is 1.55 μ M laser can be widely used in many applications, such as laser ranging, three-dimensional imaging, target recognition and so on.
