Sapphire crystal and Ruby crystal are excellent orifice jewel materials due to their high hardness, high strength, scratch resistance, high-temperature resistance, as well as low coefficient of friction.

With rich experience in sapphire nozzles fabrication, we can ensure the super surface finish and tighter tolerances to meet customers’ precision applications. The hole diameter of sapphire orifices is available in sizes from 0.04 to 0.18 mm, and tolerance up to 0.002mm. The surface of the hole can be highly polished and surface quality can reach 40/20.
