MgF2 Optical Window Magnesium Fluoride Optical Window
Magnesium fluoride crystal is a birefringent crystal with high hardness, good mechanical properties, and wide light transmission range (120nm-7500nm). It has a high transmittance, especially in vacuum ultraviolet bands. It is suitable for windows and focusing mirrors of deep ultraviolet and excimer lasers.

MgF2 Optical Window Magnesium Fluoride Optical Window has excellent bandwidth transmittance and can transmit deep UV and mid-infrared. DUV transmission makes it ideal for hydrogen Raman lines, UV radiation sources and receivers, and excimer laser applications. Magnesium fluoride is a powerful material, which can be used to resist chemical corrosion, laser damage, mechanical shock, and thermal shock. It has a Knoop hardness of 415 and a refractive index of 1.38.
