WDQ Optics offers rectangle sapphire windows and square sapphire windows in different dimensions. Rectangular Sapphire Windows can be used as viewports in high-pressure or vacuum situations. Due to sapphire’s structural strength and superior transmission, rectangular sapphire optical windows can be made much thinner than other common optical windows, with better transmittance performance. We provide antireflective and dielectric coatings for sapphire windows and can guarantee thin film spectral uniformity over the clear aperture.
Our super sapphire windows polishing processes enable us to polish sapphire windows with high precision optical flatness, low scatter surface finish, and without surface and subsurface damage. Our achievable specifications of sapphire round windows are diameter up to 200mm, surface accuracy up to 0.1 lambdas (lambda 633 nm), and surface quality up to 10/5 MIL
